At Collections for Her, we want you to love your order! Please read our return guidelines carefully before making a return.

📦 USA Orders
Eligibility:
Returns accepted on unworn clothing with original tags and clear packaging with SKU label.
No exchanges are offered.
Return Window:
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting the request.
For split orders, the return window starts from the delivery of the final package.
Shipping & Fees:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or we made an error.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Items not meeting return conditions may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Eligibility & Right of Withdrawal:
Customers in Germany/EU have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason.
Returns must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping to the USA.
A USA return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Please note that return shipping costs from Germany/EU can be high, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds:
Refunds include the full purchase price and original delivery cost (standard shipping only).
Optional charges like express shipping or gift wrapping are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, with an email confirmation sent once complete.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items:
